Howard's purpose, principles and judgment form the trunk; traceable general knowledge supplies application conditions, tools or details not yet practised.
General-knowledge supplement
Howard has not formed a specific position, but the information helps practical completeness. External sources are required and it must not be presented as Howard's view.
No Public Position
Leave an explicit gap when evidence is insufficient, confirmation is absent or supplementation adds little value. AI must not generate an answer for cosmetic completeness.
