Four major revisions— the first resets the system's endpoint.

On 30 July, Howard further confirmed that capital operations are instruments for reallocating resources, while capital allocation is the ultimate objective. Open OS therefore rises from knowledge and product output to a public research, evidence and scrutiny layer. The day also adds the AI dual-track judgment and two system-level revisions to user journeys and today's updates.

CURRENT STATE

All four revisions now appear across the public site, search, sitemap, machine index and llms.txt. The allocation mission triggers a Capital OS V2.2 design candidate without silently overwriting current formal rules; the dual-track view has a canonical article and judgment card.

Capital operations reallocate assets, liabilities, equity, control, cash and organisational resources. The ultimate objective is to improve allocation quality through verifiable, continuously calibrated judgment and progressively assume more responsibility only after repeated outcomes demonstrate capability.

HOW IT WORKS

BOUNDARY

20–30–50 is a heuristic value model, not a measured distribution, and its layers may progress together. The dual-track judgment addresses three to five years, not civilisation's long-run endpoint.

Frameworks establish the whole picture; problem navigation connects methods, cases and judgments. Updates, abstract questions, early testing and enterprise cooperation create low-commitment actions. Forms only compose local email and store nothing.

BOUNDARY

This is a usage path and product architecture, not a service promise, price system or automatically generated solution. No entity, counterparty, amount, contract or other sensitive detail belongs in a public entrance.

Today's Updates should be the primary time entrance on the home page and main navigation, recording large or small, macro or specific changes and connecting each to cases, judgments, methods, evidence and history.

HOW IT WORKS

A day may contain several updates. The home page shows the daily count and summaries; the dated page preserves the complete change; the updates index retains version history. No update is manufactured for frequency.

BOUNDARY

Only material changes confirmed or directed by Howard enter the public log. Unconfirmed AI generation, internal project facts and unfinished professional conclusions remain outside it.
