The first growth-evidence card: presence is not governance capability
The public layer currently contains one growth-evidence card that has passed boundary review. It shows how experience became a new constraint; it does not claim a complete evidence system or closed long-run attribution.
Key assumptions must map to information, influence and remedy rights.
An on-site role requires authority, resources, data and escalation.
A higher-priced financing round is a market signal, not a substitute for governance, cash and exit testing.
Evidence boundary: The public card relies on Howard-confirmed internal review, public narrative and selected public anchors. Entity, amounts, identities, full legal status and final-loss attribution remain private.
Quantity is not the goal; incomplete evidence stays private
The Aijian and Puhua candidates remain in the private evidence pool. Until contemporary records, role boundaries, release authority and the five-part loop are complete, they are not public proof. They remain research leads rather than erased experience.
PUBLIC–PRIVATE BOUNDARY
The public layer shows only checkable error, increment, constraint, later use and limits. The full growth ledger, identities, amounts, source files, private rules and current sensitive matters remain inside Howard Capital OS.
